What changed in 1.1.9
The announcement confirms what was added. The Android package adds some configuration detail below; a live game check confirms the current Starmoon Vow calendar and update notice. Drop rates and build balance still need testing.

- Starmoon Vow is the Mid-Autumn event. The announcement names limited Legendary skins Moonwake Shimmer for Artemis and Silkveil Harvest for Demeter.
- Angler's Bounty gets a special Fullmoon Pool fishing ground and the Epic Mystling Dragon Gate Koi during the event.
- The announcement also lists a seven-day sign-in and Alliance Chest rewards. Check the in-game event timer and shop before spending; the release notes do not give prices or drop rates.
Competition and guilds
- The new All-Star Cup and Mega All-Star Cup season is Plant Build.
- Habby announces a Guild Expedition season starting October 5, with a new Starbound Eternity rank and rewards.
- Rumble Ladder, Arena, and Guild Hunt receive improvements. The announcement does not specify their rule changes.
Build changes
- Dragoon Set and Meteor Build Runes receive balance adjustments, and Engraved Twin Runes are added.
- The live update notice says the adjusted Dragoon Set is selected by default. Players can manually switch between its old and new versions to match their loadout and playstyle.
- The notice does not provide damage values or a new build ranking. Compare the selected Dragoon version and Meteor Runes in game before following older build advice.
New stages
- The in-game update notice lists Campaign chapters 201–210 and Hard Mode chapters 186–195.
- It also lists Shackled Jungle stages 1701–2150 and reduced difficulty for Campaign stages after chapter 100.

What the current game confirms
Archero 2 on Android is running version 1.1.9.77. Its event calendar shows Starmoon Vow from September 19 through October 2. The in-game update notice names Fullmoon Pool and Dragon Gate Koi and says the special fishing zone has a higher chance of King Fisher Tickets. It does not give a percentage or confirm the fishing planner's catch odds.

What the package adds
We compared version 1.1.9 with 1.1.8 after verifying the APK signatures. These are packaged values, not a live server or drop-rate test.
Twin Rune fusion
The package adds 63 recipe entries. Each of these new pairings lists 160 Twinborn Cores and 25,000–100,000 Runic Remnants. Older pairings can have different costs. Check the active in-game recipe before spending.
Fullmoon Pool
The packaged game text says Fullmoon Pool may appear while fishing Oceanic Abyss or Polar Glacier. It lists 40 attempts per entry and casts up to 20×. Both special-area reward rows include 10 Dragon Gate Koi fragments. The live notice confirms the event period but gives no catch odds.
Dragoon and Meteor
Packaged Dragoon gear rows point to new skill descriptions, including Dragonfire for the Crossbow, while retaining older effect data. Meteor Rune and trigger entries also change. How the game applies these effects needs checking before we publish damage percentages or a revised build ranking.
Skins and Mystling
The package names Moonwake Shimmer, Silkveil Harvest, and Dragon Gate Koi in their respective records. Their complete in-game effects still need checking before they join the detailed catalog.
