Skin skills

When a Main Weapon projectile is destroyed, it spawns 1 [Portal] at that location. The [Portal] deals area damage equal to 5% of ATK once per second, and instakills minions below 8% HP.
Owning this exact weapon skin makes its skill available. The skill is active only while this skin is equipped in the loadout; owning the base weapon alone does not provide it.
